All I am is DUSt in the wind...
Still confused about what I'm supposed to be doing. I had a look at some of the other people's blogs and I have to say, some are impressive. I managed to subscribe/follow some of them, too. But by ans large things in class are mkoving a bit fast for me. Ok, I guess it's because in the heart of hearts I'm a Luddite. I have a look occasionally at Scott Lucas' Libertas blog (beacuse sometimes he has realy subversive U-tube (or similar) clips on. I also read some of the FT blogs because they provide good background insight (and sometimes weird opinions). Guess I read then as well because they make me look well informed.
The ones I really hate are the blogs linked to some of the German news websites, esp. the one from WDR - one wonders if people have nothing better to do then giving their unqualified, unreflective opinion to the best - no: worst. Some of the comments there make me think that the introduction of voter IQ test is not a bad idea. Do people have so little self-esteem that they have to post their opinion on the web or slug off the opinion of others in an insulting way?
Anyway, the server is getting really slow now, which I take as sign that tells me to finish and go home. - Sorry Bilus, once again I didn't do all my homework ....

  1. USELESS FACT OF THE DAY
'Dust in the Wind' is a favourite song of mine from the 1978 by an otherwise pretentious and crap US Prog-Rock Band called KANSAS from their album (god what an old fashioned term), 'Point of No Return', which has a really good cover of a ship going off the end of the world.
